COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex Volpi 800-570-1RA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Concepts parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Concepts product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the 39982U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CI212210F manufactured by Control-Concepts and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Concepts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10322470010V by Manufacturer Control-Concepts as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Computer-Automation Brand 735367708E17 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Coti such as CB1575 equipment made by Coti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Coti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Coti" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GSX400805MXXFA2238XH made by Comau as well as the popular 80202 original spares produced by Copley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPA05460112 by Custom-Servo-Motors and CB1575 spares by Coti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C5GSDM2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Comau. |
